These private Zoom sessions are the most personalised support I offer. It’s where we get under the surface, untangle the patterns, and create the kind of change that sticks.

Every week, you’ll have a full 60 minutes of psychology- and trauma-informed guidance — tailored entirely to you — plus reflection prompts and strategies to take into your real life between calls.

Because we work one-to-one, this isn’t about generic advice. It’s about uncovering exactly what’s holding you back, dismantling it, and building something better in its place.

Packages:

  • ✅ 4 Weeks – £400 (£100/session)
  • ✅ 6 Weeks – £570 (£95/session)
  • ✅ 8 Weeks – £720 (£90/session) (There may be the option to extend) Longer packages mean more momentum, deeper breakthroughs, and better value per session.

If live sessions feel overwhelming right now — or you simply need the flexibility to reflect and respond when it suits you — email coaching gives you the same expertise and personalised insight, in a written format.

Twice a week (Tues & Fri), you’ll receive in-depth, considered responses to your updates and questions — complete with reflection prompts, resources, and action steps.

This format often suits clients who:

  • ⭐ Process best through writing.
  • ⭐ Prefer time to reflect between guidance and action. 
  • ⭐ Are balancing recovery with a busy or unpredictable schedule.
