Who We Work With
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Coaching services are available to UK residents only. By engaging with our content or purchasing services, you confirm you meet these criteria.
Educational Purposes Only
All content is for informational and educational purposes only. This includes but is not limited to blog posts, digital tools, courses, membership content, videos, podcasts, and social content. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or legal advice.

Coaching & Membership Services
Separate terms apply to coaching services (see below). All coaching services are for non-crisis, non-high-risk individuals who are emotionally ready and able to access a confidential space.
Membership services may be subject to additional usage terms.
Intellectual Property
All content—including but not limited to course material, videos, downloads, worksheets, designs, and branding—is owned by The Healthy Relationship Company Ltd. You may not reproduce, republish, share, or sell any part without express written permission.
Behaviour & Community Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any user from a course, group, or community space if they engage in abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.
Payments & Refunds
All digital products, courses, and coaching must be paid in full at time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of our content, no refunds are provided once access is granted, unless explicitly offered.
Indemnification & Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Healthy Relationship Company Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses that arise from your use of our services or breach of these terms.
We are not liable for emotional distress, financial loss, or decisions made as a result of using our content.
Testimonials
If you provide feedback or a testimonial, you grant us permission to share it anonymously in marketing and promotional materials. Identifying details will never be shared without your consent.
